Home staging aims at preparing a home so that it can be attractive to a large number of prospective buyers, hence selling the house faster and for more money. Normally, home owners use arts, watercolor, decorations, illuminations, vegetation, and carpeting to stage the home, to give prospective purchasers an extra attractive first impression of the building. Houses can be sold directly to the buyer by the owner or through a real estate salesperson. A real estate broker is an individual who acts as an intercessor between home sellers and prospective buyers and tries to look up for sellers who desire to sell and buyers who request to buy.
